In fact, Hair loss is the leading cause of disability in our population and in the global population of people suffering from male pattern baldness. In the United States, approximately 2% of men aged 18-79 suffer from hair loss and approximately 1% of men aged 60-79 suffer from scalp hair loss. There are many different treatments available for male pattern baldness and the most popular of them is the popular hair loss medication Propecia.

The main cause of hair loss in men is the balding process, which is the shrinkage of the hair follicles at the front of the scalp which leads to the loss of the hair. This is known as balding and is usually temporary and only when there is a receding hairline is it possible to see a visible difference. It is a very important point for men to know that the cause of male pattern baldness is the balding process and not the balding of the scalp. It is a very common problem in the United States, and is more common than it sounds. This is because men are more likely to suffer from it than women and that is why it is so difficult to treat and the most important reason to treat male pattern baldness is to reduce the hair loss in order to achieve an improvement in hair growth and to achieve a cure of the disease. The hair loss is usually not permanent. If you have male pattern baldness and the underlying cause is the balding process, it is very important to treat it with medication and to consult with a specialist. In many cases, hair loss is caused by a number of factors, and it is very important to treat this hair loss with a hair loss treatment which will not only help to control and control the hair loss, but will also prevent it from happening to anyone who does not respond well to a treatment. There is no medication that can stop the hair loss and it is very important that a specialist is able to identify the causes of hair loss and help to treat the hair loss. If you are experiencing hair loss, you should consult with a doctor to discuss the cause of your hair loss and the treatment to which the medication is effective. Hair loss is usually temporary and if there is a hair loss that is not responding to treatment, the hair loss is permanent and if there is an underlying cause, hair loss should be treated with medication. Men should also discuss the possible treatments with their male pattern baldness specialist, as well as their current treatment options.

How does it work?

It works by preventing the hair loss. It is a hormone. It is important to keep the hormone in your system and to stop the production of testosterone by your body. The hormone is called dihydrotestosterone. The first randomized, double-blind, controlled trial aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of finasteride (Proscar) in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study was a phase 3 clinical trial to assess the safety and efficacy of finasteride in the treatment of BPH

The finasteride treatment was based on the following study outcomes:

  • Overall incidence of hair loss
  • Decrease in hair growth over time
  • Decreased volume of hair growth
  • No hair regrowth
  • No hair shedding
  • No hair shedding on recurrence

Finasteride demonstrated a statistically significant (p<0.001) reduction in the overall incidence of hair loss of the finasteride group (45/51 vs. 45/54, respectively). The increase in the incidence of hair loss over time (3.9% vs. 3.4%, respectively) was associated with an increase in hair shedding (7.7% vs. 3.9%, respectively).

Outcome measure

The primary efficacy outcome of the study was the rate of hair sheddingResults of the finasteride group showed no significant difference between the two groups, whereas the rate of hair loss over time was significantly higher in the finasteride group. Propecia was the most effective treatment method, which reduced hair shedding in all three groups. Results of the placebo group showed a statistically significant decrease in the incidence of hair shedding, which was not significantly different between the two groups. Additionally, finasteride was well tolerated by most of the patients, with the exception of one patient who developed a rash and a recurrence after 1 week of treatment. The most common side effects of finasteride were sexual dysfunction, headache, flushing, and nasal congestion. In patients who received the placebo, the incidence of hair shedding decreased significantly in both groups, with finasteride providing a slightly lower incidence.
